Welcome to Wolfhound Chauffeur Travel. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Services
Wolfhound Chauffeur Travel provides private chauffeur and travel services, including airport transfers, corporate travel, private hire, special occasions, and tailored journeys.
All services are subject to availability.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website.
When making a booking, please provide accurate details, including:
Journey date and time
Pick-up and drop-off locations
Number of passengers
Luggage requirements
Flight details, where applicable
Any special requests
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
The price quoted is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if there are changes to the journey, waiting time, extra stops, delays, or additional mileage.
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to request full or partial payment in advance.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on how much notice is given and the type of booking.
For airport transfers, private hire, or event bookings, late cancellations may be charged in full.
5. Waiting Time
A reasonable waiting time may be included in your booking.
Additional waiting time may be charged if the passenger is delayed, unless the delay has been agreed in advance.
For airport collections, we will monitor flight arrival times where flight details have been provided. However, delays caused by immigration, baggage collection, or passenger-related issues may result in additional waiting charges.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the chauffeur and the vehicle.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey if a passenger behaves in an abusive, unsafe, intoxicated, or inappropriate manner. In such cases, no refund will be given.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or members of their party.
7. Luggage
Passengers must provide accurate luggage details when booking.
We reserve the right to refuse luggage that exceeds the vehicle’s capacity or creates a safety issue.
8. Delays and Circumstances Outside Our Control
While we always aim to arrive on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including traffic, road closures, accidents, severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or other unexpected events.
We recommend allowing sufficient travel time, especially for airport transfers, business meetings, and important events.
9. Safety
All passengers must wear seatbelts where required by law.
Children must use the correct child seat or booster seat as required. Unless agreed in advance, passengers are responsible for providing suitable child seats.
10. Lost Property
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it. Return delivery or travel costs may apply.
11. Privacy
Any personal information provided to us will be used only for the purpose of managing your booking and delivering our services.
We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to provide the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.
